The Forward to the Kingdom! blog had a couple of blog posts a couple of months ago I wanted to be sure to highlight.
One was “The Lesson of the Little Brown Paper Bag” highlights what one person’s mother made them do when they found $20 in a brown paper bag (that’s the equivalent of $145 today).
The other was “A Lesson for Today” that highlighted what happened when a gas station accidently left the ‘3’ off of the gas price, thus making the price to be $0.59 per gallon.
Do you want to know the truly sad part of all of this? In spite of “Growing Up In the Worldwide Church of God Under Herbert W Armstrong”, I have known Church members that would not have been so honest.
What kind of example are you setting today? Especially for the young people?
