False prophet Ronald Weinland of Church of God – Preparing for the Kingdom of God (COG-PKG) has hit YouTube. It seems “someone” put up a video called “God’s Final Witless Witness”.
Lets address the most glaring error here (other than the Weinlands being the Two Witnesses, anyhow). Joe Tkach is not the Son of Perdition written of by Paul in 2 Thessalonians. How can I be so sure? Because the Son of Perdition is the one who raised up in the temple in Jerusalem and proclaim himself as “God”. He will be the Beast, the Anti-Christ, whatever you want to call him, that will wreak worldwide havoc. Tkach did not do those things! He didn’t have the power!
Now, let’s instead step back and consider Joseph Tkach as a type. The Beast and the False Prophet will know what they are doing is rebelling against God. God will not punish anyone in the Lake of Fire unless they commit the unpardonable sin. So, whoever the Beast turns out to be, he will obviously not be doing it from ignorance.
And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone.
