Passover: 14th or 15th of Nisan?

Every year, I am amazed at how people will come to certain conclusions. The usual noise of whether the Passover is to be kept on the 14th or on the 15th of Nisan (also called Abib) is present this year.

I don’t understand this controversy! Rome chose to change the date to the Sunday following the “Paschal Full Moon”. For some time, it was still referred to as “Passover”, although the name “Easter” has stuck with it because of its pagan origins. Those who chose to keep the regular Passover were called “Quartodecimans”.

Quartodeciman means “14th-er”. IOW, ones who keep the 14th.
